About Us
BeltWide Incorporated was founded in 1996, in North Carolina by Chuck & Carmen Miglianti.
BeltWide was founded in response to increasing challenges in tobacco transplant production, both production and environmental. Solutions to these challenges are pursued aggressively. BeltWide products are used on all tobacco producing continents.
We work with strong manufacturing companies to develop our product lines focusing on the evolving needs and challenges of the tobacco grower and the industry.
We do not diversify from our tobacco roots. While we specialize in float system production, we are also competent in overhead watering systems as well as the semi float systems.
Our company and products are in constant evolution. We specialize in helping local agenciesand their technicians develop successful local variations of system that adapt to their local conditions, insuring the success of the system. We draw from our international experience to help insure this success.

Traveling the world due to the expansion of the company, with global presence today, her knowledge of Spanish and English languages as well as the culture of different countries have given Carmen a very clear understanding of the needs of each client and finds always a unique approach with them.
Commitment, experience, integrity and passion for everything she does are reflected in her work and accomplishments.
Chuck Miglianti
Chuck started his career with Speedling Incorporated in 1985, and is one of the few active ‘founders’ of the Float System for Tobacco production. Left Speedling in 1996 to pursue ‘out of the box’ solutions to issues facing our industry.
